All orders for vacuum cleaners are shipped via reputed carriers. Shipping and Delivery takes 5 working days - Monday to Friday. Hoover, Numatic & Servis (brand products) take 5 to 7 working days to be delivered to your address. All orders before 12:00 noon are generally shipped the same day.

For delivery of major appliances, the carrier will contact you to inform you regarding delivery and the delivery date. Major appliances can take about 5-7 working days for delivery to your address.

In case, the appliance that you have ordered is no longer available or a longer than normal delay is expected, we will contact you either on telephone / mail informing you of the same. Here again, should a product not be in stock, a mail is sent to you informing you of the same. Kindly note your card is charged only if the product is in stock.
