All products can be ordered on-line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Simply select the relevant product category or manufacturer by clicking on the appropriate icon. Alternatively you can use the search facility to find a particular product by searching for text or by price.

Once you have found the product you need to enter the amount(Quantity) you require in the adjacent box and click on 'Add to Basket'. A list of the contents of your Shopping Basket will be shown which you will need to check before submitting your order. Once you submit your order you will pass through to the SECPay secure web page where you will be asked to enter your credit card details to complete your purchase.

Should the need arise and to enable our customer care to get in touch with you, you need to enter your telephone number (home / mobile / office) as you so desire as well as your e: mail address.

In case you wish to pay by cheque, the same should be drawn in favour of ‘MJH Online Limited’, and mailed to MJH Online Limited, 10 Cranbourne Close, Burhill Road, Hersham, Walton-on-Thames, KT12 4JE. Once the cheque has been realized your order will be processed.

How do I use this site?
You can simply select a product from the category list on the left hand side of the screen, this will show all the manufacturers who make that particular product or alternatively click on one of the featured manufacturers across the top of the screen which will show all the products of the manufacturer selected.

Once you have selected a product simply complete the boxes and follow the instructions on the screen.

How do I pay?
By credit or debit card. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and JCB. The Appliance Zone is a secure site and to take your payment we use SECPay, an authorised 'Payment Service Provider' of Barclaycard Merchant Services. Once you have made your product selection you will be passed directly through to SECPay who will then collect your credit card details and confirm to us that the payment has been authorised. At no time do we see your credit card details.

When will my credit card be debited?
Once we receive your order we will contact the relevant manufacturer to confirm that the product is in stock, if so, we will charge your card and have your order processed.

When can I expect to receive the goods I've ordered?
In most cases the delivery will come directly from the relevant manufacturer and each has their own delivery arrangements with reputed carriers. Provided the goods are in stock, you can generally expect to receive your goods between three to four working days after your order has been placed. Exact delivery times are not possible – it all depends on the carriers when they are in and around your area.

Can goods be delivered to a third party address?
In an effort to reduce fraud, goods will only be delivered to the credit cardholders registered address. However, at our discretion and in exceptional circumstances, provided you have furnished us with sufficient proof of the cardholder’s identity, we will arrange for goods to be delivered to a third party address.
